On behalf of University in South-Eastern Norway (USN), Senseloop did scanning and modelling of the maritime machine room laboratory at USN campus Vestfold in Horten. The laboratory was scanned using the Riegl VZ400i TLS and GeoSlam Zeb-Revo handheld laser scanner. The modelling was done in Revit.
3D modelling and scanning was ordered to provide a basis model for a very interesting project where the students will further model in technical equipment and implement real time process monitoring in the BIM model. The delivery from Senseloop was the BIM model and registered Point Cloud.
